EMPLOYEE FRACTURED SHOULDER IN FALL FROM SCAFFOLD

Employee #1 was installing electrical fixtures at a construction site located on Highway 43 south of Greenville. He was working off of the top section of four manually propelled mobile scaffolding (4.6 feet each) when he slipped between two pieces of planking and fell 18 to 22 feet to the concrete sidewalk below. The fall fractured his right shoulder.
