EMPLOYEE HOSPITALIZED BY TRENCH CAVE-IN

Employee #1 was engaged in the performance of fine grading in an approximately 7 foot deep trench. While Employee #1 was standing in the trench facing the wall, the opposite wall collapsed, trapping him up to his waist and fracturing both lower legs.
