AN EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING A CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR A GENERATOR AT AN ELECTRIC UTILITY GENERATING PLANT. AS HE WAS CLIMBING THE BREAKER, HE CONTACTED CIRCUIT PARTS ENERGIZED AT 13.8 KILOVOLTS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
