THE OWNER-OPERATOR OF AN OUTSIDE-DRIVER TRACTOR BOBTAIL WAS TRAVELLING WEST ON THE SAME HIGHWAY WITH HIS BOBTAIL WHEN HE COLLIDED HEAD ON WITH THE TRUCK DRIVEN BY EMPLOYEE #1. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS KILLED.
