Employee killed when run over by backing tractor trailer

At 7:50 a.m., Employee #1 was bending down folding small canvas. A road tractor-trailer that had been directed to the top of the landfill dumping station by the landfill inspector was backing into position to dump its cargo. The tractor-trailer backed over Employee #1, killing him. It was daylight at the time and the temperature was 11 degrees Fahrenheit.
