EMPLOYEE #1, WHILE WALKING BY A PLYWOOD STORAGE AREA, WAS STRUCK AND CRUSHED BY A COLLAPSING STACK OF PLYWOOD BUNDLES. EACH STACK WAS 12 TO 15 FEET HIGH AND CONTAINED FOUR TO FIVE BUNDLES OF HALF INCH BY FOUR FOOT BY EIGHT FOOT SHEETS OF PLYWOOD. EACH PLYWOOD BUNDLE WEIGHED APPROXIMATELY 3,000 POUNDS.
