Summary Nr: 142045.015 Event: 12/16/2021Employee Is Killed When Struck By Falling Granite Slabs
At 4:15 p.m. on December 16, 2021, an employee was holding granite slabs off the rack system so that another employee could pull a short piece of slab out of th e middle. A total of eleven granite slabs fell over onto the employee while he w as stabilizing the slabs, and he was killed. The employee received head and uppe r body injuries.
