THE EMPLOYER WAS IN THE PROCESS OF WRECKING A BUILDING WHEN A WALL UNEXPECTEDLY COLLAPSED. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CUTTING OFF STEEL H BEAMS AT THE BASE OF THE WALL WHEN IT FELL ON HIM. HE WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH.
