Summary Nr: 139018.015 Event: 09/10/2021Employee Is Killed When Electrocuted While Repairing Washer
At 12:45 p.m. at September 10, 2021, an employee was removing a faceplate from a washing machine while repairing the machine. The employee did not disconnect th e power and made contact with the exposed wiring. The employee was killed from b eing electrocuted. The employee was wearing a necklace that came into contact wi tht he exposed wiring causing him to received an electrical shock.
