EMPLOYEE #1 WENT FROM THE FIFTH FLOOR TO THE THIRD FLOOR TO LOOK FOR SOME BUILDING MATERIALS HE NEEDED. WHILE LOOKING FOR THE MATERIALS, EMPLOYEE #1 WALKED OUT ONTO A PLYWOOD EDGE FORM WHICH GAVE WAY. EMPLOYEE #1 FELL 23 FEET TO THE GROUND AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
