At 12:30 p.m. on March 3, 2021, an employee and coworker conducted framing work on the roof of a four-story building. At some point, the employee notified the c oworker that they were going on a bathroom break and the employee untethered the ir safety harness. The employee then lost balance, fell approximately forty feet , and was killed by unspecified injuries.
