The employee tested positi ve for Covid-19 on January 21, 2021, was hospitalized on January 29, 2021, and d ied due to Covid-19 related illness at 4:35 p.m. on February 1, 2021. In the day s prior to contracting COVID-19 the employee had been working in both the cuvett e production area and packaging area, and one other coworker had contracted COVI D-19 on or around January 13, 2021 and the coworker had been sent home to quaran tine. The exact source of the employee's Sars-CoV-2 infection was not able to be determined. | ||||||
