CRUSHED BETWEEN MOVING CRANE AND WALL

An electric utility employee was boarding a moving bridge crane in a nuclear reactor containment building. He failed to clear a projecting wall that angled in toward path of crane travel, and his head was crushed between a junction box on the wall and the crane superstructure. The employee died of his injuries.
