AN EMPLOYEE HAD EXTENDED A PORTABLE METAL EXTENSION LADDER BEFORE HE ATTEMPTED TO PLACE IT AGAINST A BUILDING. AS HE WAS MOVING THE LADDER, IT CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
