An employee was working in a childcare center when she rode in a car with a coworker to get lunch. The coworker later tested positive for COVID-19. The employee contracted COVID-19, was admitted to the hospital, had surgery, tested positive for COVID-19 and subsequently died from her infection at 7:00 a.m. on September 11, 2020.
