Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

During the week of June 8, 2020, an employee, a telecommunications installer, was riding in a company truck with the coworker who had a dry cough. On June 12, 2020, the coworker tested positive for COVID-19. On June 13, 2020, the employee was instructed to quarantine for 14 days. The employee was tested for COVID-19 and the results came back positive. On June 19, 2020, the employee died and COVID-19 was a reported contributor to his death. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
