Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working at a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. He lived with both a daughter and a son. He was a dietary aide. He worked five days per week during an outbreak at the facility. He washed pots and pans. He also went to the different floors in the facility when food supplies were short. Another employee working in the same room and department tested positive for COVID-19 a week prior. She also washed pots and pans. Both the employee's son and daughter tested positive for COVID-19. The employee's workplace had numerous cases of COVID-19. The employee started exhibiting symptoms on April 21, 2020. He called in sick at work on April 22, 2020. He was hospitalized due to complications related to COVID-19 on April 26, 2020. He died on April 30, 2020.
