A CRANE WAS BEING USED TO LOAD STEEL BEAMS ONTO A FLATBED TRUCK. AN EMPLOYEE WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE CRANE AS ITS LOAD LINE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH A 33-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
