At 12:00 a.m. on June 25, 2020, an employee was inspecting the tractor-trailer w hile standing between the double trailers while it was parked. The coworker retu rned to the tractor after using the restroom in the maintenance garage. The cowo rker stated that he did not see the employee and began to pull forward running o ver the employee. The employee sustained crushing head injuries. The employee later died as attributed to the injuries.
