Investigation Summary
At 4:59 p.m. on June 18, 2020, Employee #1 was working for a street/road construction contractor. The work being performed where the accident occurred was compacting the dirt around the installed manholes vaults. Employee #1 was operating a Neuson Wacker compactor when he slowly collapsed and lost consciousness. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
