Investigation Summary
Six employees were working at a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. They contracted COVID-19. During the period of April 18th to May 4th, 2020, they were hospitalized as a result of COVID-19-related symptoms and confirmed as COVID-19-positive patients. They were hospitalized for two or more days. The employer was notified in some cases by April 26th, but he did not notify USDOL-OSHA of the hospitalizations.
