Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:00 a.m. on April 26, 2020, an employee was admitted to the hospital on April 20, 2020 due to complications from COVID-19. The employee was infected with COVID-19. The employee was a part-time registered nurse at a skilled nursing facility in which 41 residents and 25 employees tested positive for COVID-19. The employee later died from the complications of the virus.
