Investigation Summary
At 10:50 a.m. on April 16, 2020, Employee # 1, a registered nurse, was treating patients with COVID-19 and was exposed to the virus. He later presented with flu-like symptoms and tested positive for COVID-19. After being on self-quarantine for several days, he was admitted into the ICU and died.
