HE TURNED OFF STATE ROAD 39, ONTO COX AVENUE, LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, RAN OFF THE ROAD ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND ROLLED APPROXIMATELY 33 FEET DOWN AN EMBANKMENT. HE WAS CRUSHED.
