Investigation Summary
At 9:25 a.m. on February 22, 2020, an employee, an instrumentation and electrician I, was resting in the office of the steam plant when he left the office and fell backwards and struck his head on the concrete floor. A steam engineer witnessed the incident, but the employee does not remember anything about what happened. The employee suffered a head trauma and was hospitalized in an induced coma for about 4 weeks.
