At 3:00 p.m. on March 19, 2019, an employee was sealing a leak in a roof. While the employee was located on the roof, he slipped on a sheet of metal that was covering a skylight and fell 14 feet. He struck a concrete surface, suffering injuries to his head and body, and was killed.
