| At 10:30 a.m. on March 18, 2019, an employee was operating a brush chipper. He w as working alongside a county rode with a crew to clean roadside debris. As the employee was working, a large downed pine tree that was located uphill from wher e he was standing began rolling towards him. The rolling tree hit the employee a nd both the employee and the tree rolled down an embankment. The employee was cr ushed and killed. | ||||||
