Employee fractures hip in trip over forklift forks

At 4:48 p.m. on January 8, 2019, Employee #1 was dumping plastic wraps in the production garbage can. When he walked back to the line# 6 set up area, he tripped over lowered forks of an electrical pallet jack in the parked area fracturing his hip. The employee was hospitalized.
