At 1:30 p.m. on October 30, 2018, an employee, a repacker, was cleaning a convey or when her rag or sleeve got caught in an ingoing nip point on the conveyor. Th e employee's hand was subsequently pulled into the nip point of the conveyor. Th e employee was hospitalized from severe injuries to the employee's hand, wrist a nd arm.
