At 12:30 p.m. on September 19, 2018, an employee who was watching a rescue manne quin be hoisted up a cellphone tower by a pick-up using a rope and a 1-ton snatc h block. The employee grabbed the rope to help guide the mannequin with his glo ved right hand which was pulled into the snatch block. The employee amputated h is ring finger to his first knuckle. Hospitalization was not required.
