At 9:30 p.m. on September 17, 2018, an employee approached an idling yard goat t hat his coworker was operating. As the employee stepped onto the goat, his cowor ker quickly moved the vehicle forward. The employee lost his footing and fell to the ground, resulting in the rear tires running over him. The employee was crus hed and killed.
