Investigation Summary
At 8:15 a.m. on July 31, 2018, an employee was operating a tractor when he exited the running tractor to remove weeds that were stuck in an attachment. While in front of the tractor, the tractor lunged forward and the employee became trapped under the tire. The employee sustained a contusion to the right leg and minor scrapes to the left wrist and upper right chest.
