At 1:30 a.m. on July 3, 2018, an employee was adjusting the guide bar at the Mann Russell wet sizer and his hand slipped off of the bar, coming into contact with the running moulder head. The employee lacerated his finger that resulted in a partial bone loss from the tip of his finger and was hospitalized.
