Summary Nr: 105193.015Event: 04/30/2018Employee Falls From Ladder And Is Unresponsive, Later Dies
At 7:15 a.m. on April 30, 2018, an employee was using a 10 foot mobile ladder stand to hang recycling material in a trailer before closing the trailer butter fly tarp. After hanging the material, a coworker who was on the front drivers side of the trailer heard a crashing sound and found the employee lying next to the mobile ladder stand that was tipped over. The employee was unresponsive and was transported to the hospital where she passed away on May 1, 2018, due to head injuries.
