Summary Nr: 105088.015 Event: 04/06/2018Employee Suffers Partial Amputation Of Fingertips When Using
At 2:30 p.m. on April 6, 2018, Employee #1 was obtaining the wood necessary for building a wall. He need to cut the wood so he was using a chop saw. He held th e wood with his left hand too close to the unguarded blade and sustained a parti al amputation to the fingertips of his ring finger and pinky finger. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
