Investigation Summary
At 6:00 a.m. on March 14, 2018, an employee got out of his tractor and went to raise the dolly legs on the trailer. The employee did not set the air-brakes and, when he raised the dolly legs, the tractor and trailer rolled, pinning him between two trailers. The employee was killed.
