At 8:00 a.m. on February 4, 2018, an employee was riding on a Suzuki Vinson 500 4x4 Quad All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) on rough terrain. The employee was climbing over a ridge with high grass and the ATV overturned. The employee suffered a co mpression injury to this hip and groin area, possible kidney damage, and dehydra tion. The employee was hospitalized.
