On January 17, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. and employee was injured while operating a wood chain conveyor with sprocket wheels . The employee was attempting to clear a jammed piece of lumber when their clothes got caught in the rotating shaft and they were pulled onto the conveyor. The employee sustained the amputation of two fingers on their right hand, a head laceration, and fractured ribs.
