Investigation Summary
On December 11, 2017, an employee was working from a walk board that was stretched out between two step ladders which was on the lower balcony of a quadraplex house approximately 10 feet above the concrete sidewalk. The employee fell from the walk board and off the balcony, landing on the concrete walkway. The employee was hospitalized but died the next day from his injuries.
