Employee is crushed between van and dock bumper, and is kill

On December 9, 2017, an employee was between a cargo van and a dock bumper while giving directions to a van driver who was backing up to the dock door to pick up supplies. The employee was pinned and crushed between the van and the dock bumper when the van driver missed the van's brake and stepped on the accelerator. The employee suffered several broken bones and injuries to his internal organs, killing him.
