Employee injured in Fall from Roof

On January 30, 2001, Employees #1 was delivering roofing shingles to a new house project. The house was a two story with an 8.5 pitch. While staging the roof with a remote control boom with forks Employee #1 lost his footing and slipped down the roof. Employee #1 fell 25 ft and hit his head on a bobcat parked below. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
