Two employees injured due to fall from steel columns

Two employees were erecting vertical steel columns. After the columns were erected, they began to install the two-piece beam and purlins across the beam system. They failed to brace the steel columns, and they collapsed. Both employees fell to the ground. Both sustained multiple bruises, contusions, and abrasions; and both were hospitalized.
