Employee Killed by Falling Equipment

On March 11, 2002, Employee #1 assisted other employees unloading equipment from a semi-trailer. He was on the opposite side of the load from a forklift truck. The equipment became caught on the inside of the trailer and fell away from the lift truck, killing Employee #1.
