Employee injured while operating a truck

On October 28, 2002, Employee #1, a truck driver, accidentally exited his truck while it was still in gear. The truck continued to roll forward, knocking him down. Employee #1's left arm and leg were crushed by the truck. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
