Employee injured in fall when ejected from platform

Employee #1 was on the aerial work platform of a scissor lift when a duct pipe hanger broke. The falling duct work struck the work platform and knocked it over. Employee #1 was ejected from the platform and fell 20 ft to the floor. He sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
