Employee injured in fall from roof

Employee #1 was attempting to roll out some felt paper at the rear of a home that has an eave height of approximately 30 feet at the rear of the house. Employee #1 nailed down some of the felt and was standing on it when the paper ripped, causing him to slide off the roof to the ground 30 feet below. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fracture.
