Employee injured when fuel tank explodes
Employee #1 and two coworkers were working for United Petroleum making repairs on three openings in a UST fuel tank. Employee #1 was grinding on the tank and it exploded because it had not been emptied or purged. Employee #1 was hospitalized for chemical burns.
