BURN - ELECTRICAL FAULT IN SWITCHGEAR

An electrician was disconnecting a conductor from a terminal. The handle of the wrench he was using to loosen the lug nut came too close to an energized blade in the switchgear he was working on, causing an electrical fault. The ensuing electric arc burned the employee on his left arm. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
