Employee dies of heart attack

Employee #1 was hanging 8 in. diameter ductwork for a mechanical contractor at a school construction site. He was standing on the fourth or fifth rung of a 10 ft stepladder when he suddenly suffered a massive heart attack and fell backward, landing between two metal wall studs. Employee #1 died.
