Employee #1 was attempting to push a piece of wood through a cut-off saw when his hands slipped and two of his fingers were amputated. The saw was equipped with a Peoul control that left his hands and fingers exposed to the blade. The employer was cited for a serious accident-related violation of T8CCR 4304.
